How to Start a Return
Policy Details
RETURNS
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Show Your Stripes. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we would be happy to issue a store credit or exchange for any returned merchandise, or a refund to original payment method will be issued upon receipt of the returned items. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for sale items.
Items must be postmarked or returned to the showroom within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. Clothing must be unworn and with tags and packaging (if applicable). Please include the original packing slip with your return to avoid any delays in processing. Once the package is received, we will process the return and you will be notified via email.

Online purchases sent back to Show Your Stripes without following the online return process will not be accepted. Show Your Stripes is not responsible for merchandise sent back without authorization.

Damaged Item?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds/Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. Once approved, you’ll be issued a store credit or refund to original payment method, or the replacement/exchanged item will be shipped.
