As part of the order process, you will receive two emails: one to confirm your purchase, and another once your order has shipped or is ready for pickup.

1. Email order confirmation

After placing your order, you should receive an email confirmation from info@showyourstripes.shop. If you don't see the email, be sure to check your junk email, and/or add the info@showyourstripes.shop email address to your safe email list to make sure Stripes emails appear in your inbox.

Once your order is finished in production, you will receive a second email depending on delivery method.

2a. Shipping confirmation

If you selected "Shipping" at checkout, you will receive an email to let you know your order is on its way, along with related tracking information.

2b. Ready for pickup

If you selected "Local Pickup" at checkout, you will be notified once your order is ready for pickup. Please see the "Local Pickup" page for pickup location and hours.
